Guidelines:

My dear friend, welcome on board. This fast is about abstaining from doing the thing (s) God has put on your heart for 40 days. Some people are not going to watch TV, some people are shutting down their What’s App, some people are not eating a particular food item as we pray every single day seeking God’s face.

Organize time to pray in the morning and in the evening and make each prayer session at least 45 mins long. It is a time of sacrifice, let’s aim to spend much more time with God than we usually do. Let the Holy Spirit push you, it will not be in vain. If you can spend 1 hour to pray and worship in the morning, 1 hour in the evening or at night that will be awesome.

Time to appropriate God’s Word. 2018 is a Year of Victories!

Today’s Word:

My friend, “There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the LORD” Proverbs 21:30.

Nothing can succeed against God and the plan he has for you. God will have his way! That is the word he spoke today.

You don’t need to be worried, you just need to trust him as you continue to pray what God prays and speak what he is speaking into your life! Then you are standing in his will and you will receive all he has for you in 2018.

God’s plans are right and true. Someone may not agree with them but God will do exactly as he wants.

Anyone against the will of God for your life will never win against God. God will have his way. Just stand in his will, that is how you unlock his power to be released in your life and stand in your life.

This is a very famous hymn written by Samuel Rodigast in 1676, a seventeenth century German hymn writer, to comfort his sick friend Gastorius. He wrote this hymn as a word of biblical exhortation and encouragement to Gastorius to trust God in the midst of his illness and everything he was going through.

Whate’er my God ordains is right:
His holy will abideth;
I will be still whate’er he doth;
And follow where he guideth.
He is my God: though dark my road.
He holds me that I shall not fall.
And so to him I leave it all,
He holds me that I shall not fall.

Whate’er my God ordains is right:
He never will deceive me.
He leads me by the proper path;
I know he will not leave me.
I take, content, what he hath sent.
His hand can turn my griefs away,
And patiently I wait his day,
His hand can turn my griefs away.

Whate’er my God ordains is right,
Though now this cup, in drinking,
May bitter seem to my faint heart,
I take it all, unshrinking.
My God is true; each morn anew.
Sweet comfort yet shall fill my heart,
And pain and sorrow shall depart,
Sweet comfort yet shall fill my heart.

Whate’er my God ordains is right.
Here shall my stand be taken.
Though sorrow, need, or death be mine,
Yet am I not forsaken.
My Father’s care is round me there.
He holds me that I shall not fall,
And so to him I leave it all,
He holds me that I shall not fall.

This is a word of biblical exhortation and encouragement for you now: trust God in the midst of adversity & challenges. Be at peace and love people, God will have his way. If you keep calm and just stand in his will with everything, prayers, fasting, worship, seed sowing then you will see his victories.

I have seen this with God many times in my life. I continue to see it.

Are you ready to stand in his will with everything?

I hope you are blessed by this message.

Prayer:

My prayer is this again, that God will bless you beyond measure and release such an abundance in your life that cannot be contained! Hallelujah!

Read Proverbs 21:30 to God and say many times as led by the Holy Spirit: “God have your way in my life.” Establish it in the Spirit so it can manifest in the physical!

Songs to sing to God:

Please do discover those songs if you don’t know them yet, singing them will highly bless your life.

God bless you!
